1. Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including:

- Lahore
- Islamabad / Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad
- Peshawar
- Quetta
- Multan
- Sialkot
- And all other towns/villages supported by our courier partners
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on your order and location:
- Standard Delivery: PKR [e.g., 200–300]
- Free Shipping: For orders above PKR [e.g., 3000]
- Remote areas may have slightly higher rates.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide.
For COD orders:
- You must provide a working mobile number.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
6. Prepaid Orders
We also accept payments via:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Debit/Credit Cards (if enabled on Shopify)
Prepaid orders may be processed faster.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier company name
- An SMS or email notification
You can track your shipment on the courier’s tracking page.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected time:

- We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued.
9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:
- Delivery may be delayed
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability will be attempted again
